We strive to operate a safe and secure environment for our customers and work in partnership with Sussex police to keep known bag and phone thieves out of our venues. However, the best way to ensure the safety of your valuable items is to check them in to the cloak room on level 2.
For the safety and security of all our customers, items left unattended around our venues will be collected by our security team and added to our lost property. Customers will need to pay the cloakroom fee to remove them.
At the end of every night at Revenge, we take any items found in the club round to R-Bar. Please call into the bar (open from 3pm) to see if your item was found. Alternatively, you can phone them on 01273 608133.
Please note, we only keep items for one month; at which point, clothes will be donated to a local charity and phones & wallets will be destroyed.
Please return to the venue during the next trading session with your cloakroom tag and the item will be returned to you.
We’ll be happy to re-unite you with your items if you are able to provide a full description of them. Please note that staff will not be able to do this until the end of the session in which you put the items in to the coat check.
If you need to bring any medication or essential food and drink to our events, we are happy to assist in any way we can. If you’re able to notify us in advance, then it means we can advise the staff members working on the night.
For prescription medication, we ask that you keep the medication in its original packaging which has the pharmacy label on it, showing the pharmacy’s details and patient name and date of issue. The full name on this label must match the one on your valid photo ID.
