R-Bar has a Happy Hour that runs from 3pm - 8pm offering 40% off all drinks on Monday-Sunday. Happy Hour excludes: Bottles of wine, champagne, cocktails, premium spirits and shooters. We also offer 2 for £14 cocktails all day, every day.

If you are looking for a fun, unpretentious and unashamedly queer space - Look no further! We have been open since 1991 and host a massive variety of exciting queer events from our weekly club nights like Fruity and Confession, to Glew's Big Ball Drop, Karaoke and Lip Sync events at the bar.
All Revenge & R-Bar events are over 18s and our door team will request valid photographic ID from all customers. Valid photographic ID is a photo driving license or passport.

Entry to R-Bar is free, with the exception of special events. Prices at the club vary depending on which night of the week and what time of night you enter. The cheapest and best way to get in is by buying advance tickets; not only will you save money, but you also get to skip the queue.
Revenge & R-Bar do not operate a dress code as such, but we ask you not to wear flip flops or other beach footwear which could easily fall off. Any customers wanting to wear fancy dress should email the team in advance to confirm they are allowed to enter.
Unfortunately, if you turn up in fancy dress you may be refused entry. Any customers wanting to wear fancy dress should contact the management team in advance to confirm they are allowed to enter by emailing the team.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to larger groups, regardless of gender or sexuality. Any groups of over 8 should contact us in advance to seek approval for entry by emailing the team.
Sadly, we no longer accept hen or stag party bookings. Revenge is predominantly a safe space for the LGBTQ+ community and - unfortunately - many hen and stag parties do not respect that. We have to apply the same entry policy to everyone.
We will always have tickets available on the door, however, we cannot guarantee entry in the event that the venue has already reached capacity by the time you arrive. Therefore, if the event in question has advanced tickets available, we would recommend purchasing them in order to avoid disapointment.
Last admission is 2:30am on Monday/Thursdays and 3:00am on Friday/Saturdays.
Re-entry is not permitted. Entry is subject to search policy and right of admission is reserved at all times.

At R-Bar we have a disabled access ramp; just speak to the door staff or bar staff when you arrive.
Revenge is a very old building, situated over three floors with multiple stair cases to navigate. However, we are more than happy to assist in any way we can.

We currently do not have a specified quiet space due to limitations within the Club. However, if you feel that you need to move to a quieter area for some time out or to manoeuver out of an uncomfortable situation, please visit our Roof Terrace for some fresh air and/or speak to a member of staff.

R-Bar is open 7 days a week. Revenge is open Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays & Sundays.

We host a multitude of drag performances. We host weekly events at R-Bar that all feature performances from our resident drag artists, and performances at every Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday club night. We also host a variety of guest performers, including RuPauls Drag Race Royalty, at our Powder Room and Cabaret of Queeriosities shows throughout the year.

We have been a Great Escape venue for the past four years, hosting artists such as Rebecca Black, Jazmin Bean, Getdown Services and Jessica Winter.
We have also hosted various shows for Brighton Fringe, including our own Cabaret of Queeriosities hosted by acts such as Bailey J Mills, Ginny Lemon & Ella Vaday.

We will only keep lost property items for one month; at which point, clothes will be donated to a local charity and phones & wallets will be destroyed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for events that go ahead.
We cannot roll over tickets to different events. You are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else; just make sure they bring the ticket with QR codes to the event.
Our VIP Booth deposits are not refundable, however, if you can no longer make the night of your booking, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we can try move it to another night.
